About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Marketing & Lead Conversion Expert to help us acquire new clients in both the NRI and Indian domestic market across taxation and compliance services.


This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone with a strong network or proven lead-generation skills who thrives on performance-based rewards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate qualified leads across:
    - NRI clients (taxation, investment, FEMA, etc.)
    - Indian residents & HNIs (personal tax advisory)
    - Small & mid-sized businesses (bookkeeping, tax, compliance)

  • Build and execute B2B and B2C marketing funnels (organic, digital, and outreach)

  • Engage leads and convert them into long-term clients

  • Collaborate with Thriyam’s leadership to continuously refine the marketing and positioning strategy

  • Track and report campaign metrics, client conversations, and conversion status


Ideal Candidate Has:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, client acquisition, or business development (preferably in finance, tax, legal, or consulting domains)

  • A proven track record of converting leads into clients

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Knowledge of Indian taxation (domestic and/or NRI) is a plus

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a performance-driven model

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, CRM, etc.
